First thing to do:
Then you'll have something like this:

Then change"https://www" to dl and in the end of the link you will notice "dl=0" then change that to "dl=2"
After that your link will look like this:
dl.dropbox.com/s/vkkt46voi0vw02b/Bonus%20Freebies%20Set-%20wip%20file.ai?dl=2
Then paste this link to the IDM by clicking Add URL:
Get the link as shown below.
